The EU Database was down due to an AWS outage from around 5:55 PM to 6:20 PM which caused an outage of the EU instance of the Pythia application. AWS described the root cause to be a recent networking change causing the impact. Engineer immediately began reverting the change and continued to work until they fully recoverd the impacts.
